A trade mark is a symbol which distinguishes the goods and services of a company from similar goods and services of other companies. Trade mark registration gives exclusive right to the trademark owner to use the mark as a symbol for goods or services. Only the registration holders may use the trademark in their business and may also prohibit others from using their mark. Kuusivaara Attorneys Ltd. assists clients in applying to register trade marks in Finland and defending them. We can also assist clients in preparing trade mark-related agreements, such as licensing agreements and transfers. |
